ACLC New Jersey Women In Ministry PRAYER DINNER

 On Friday, January 15, 2010, New Jersey hosted its first Prayer Dinner under the banner of Women In Ministry. Minister Reiko Jenkins, the Co-Chair of the National ACLC Women In Ministry, and Rev. Michael Jenkins, the National Chair of ACLC, were the guest speakers. Rev. Dr. Gilda Price, an advisor to the National ACLC WIM, also shared comments.
Rev. Michael Jenkins expressed greetings from the National ACLC and encouraged everyone to attend the ACLC National Convocation, January 21~23, in Newark, NJ. He also announced that Rev. In Jin Moon would be the Keynote speaker at the Gala Banquet at the Manhattan Center on the evening of January 22nd.
 Minister Reiko Jenkins shared the goals of Women in Ministry and two short DVDs on the WIM Annual Conferences held in Atlanta, Georgia and in Norfolk, Virginia. The DVDs portrayed the spirit and power that is generated when women come together as sisters to pray for the family, the nation and the world. Minister Jenkins expressed that they had been working on the national level for the last several years. However, now she wants to expand on the local level. She concluded by inviting all the participants to join WIM.
 Rev. Dr. Gilda Price shared testimonies of the power of the Prayer Conference Calls. The fervent prayers offered during the Prayer Conference were answered. Great healing and comfort was given to those in need. Rev. Leah Ayoo also shared her experience attending the Prayer Conference Call as well as her experience at the WIM Conference held in Norfolk, Virginia.
Rev. Kathaleen Sato expressed her gratitude to the special guests and participants for their inspiring testimonies. She became excited about developing a chapter of WIM in New Jersey. The meeting was closed in prayer by Rev. Margaret Obama.
